A handful of seats built around an open counter, the chef narrating each course as it lands rather than leaving the menu to speak for itself. The format only works at this scale, seating stays deliberately limited and a booking usually needs to be made well over a week out. It is the closest thing on the guide to a proper occasion dinner, priced accordingly.
