Everything on the menu passes through one wood fired oven and grill, no gas line on site at all, and the char it leaves on a whole fish or a plate of charred vegetables is the entire point. It does not take reservations, so the wait list opens at 5:30pm and the best tables are gone within the hour on any night in high season. Go for the ribs if they are on the board that night, they rotate off often enough that regulars ask before sitting down.
