An open air cenote that runs like a river through mangrove roots down to the sea at Tankah Bay, so the water shifts between fresh and brackish depending where you swim. It stays noticeably calmer than the roadside cenotes since it takes a short detour off the main highway to reach. Small turtles are a regular sighting near the mangrove edges, especially early in the morning.
